Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy At Zenfulday Therapeutics, we deeply value your time and our commitment to providing the best care for every client. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s schedules: • Cancellations: We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client in need. If a cancellation is not made within this timeframe, a cancellation fee at 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. • Late Arrivals: Arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. • Booking Fees: Booking fees are 50% of the service total and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel or deny appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide exceptional service to all.
